Provider: Peters Rätselmanufaktur — owner: Peter Bagaric, Martin-Luther-Str. 6, 85567 Grafing, Germany · snaky@snakyapp.com
App: Snaky Wortsuche & Multiplayer (com.peterbagaric.snakygame), available on Google Play and the App Store.
You can delete your Snaky player account at any time — quickest of all directly in the app.
In the app (takes effect immediately)
Open Settings → Account and tap “Delete account”. After a confirmation prompt your account is removed immediately and permanently; there is no waiting period. You carry on playing without an account afterwards.
Alternatively by email
Send a message from your registered email address with the subject “Kontolöschung” to snaky@snakyapp.com.
What gets deleted
- your player account (email account, Google or Apple sign-in)
- your progress stored in the cloud: solved levels, star ratings, hint credit
- your player name
- your entries in the daily and monthly rankings as well as the hall of fame
Team rankings
Team ranking entries are stored under a shared identifier belonging to both players and cannot technically be attributed to one individual. They contain nothing but the two player names and are deleted automatically no later than 400 days after the last game played together. Write to us if you would like them removed sooner — we will do it by hand.
Processing and deadlines
- Deletion in the app takes effect immediately.
- Requests by email are handled within 30 days, and we confirm the deletion by email.
- Data from multiplayer matches (lobby code, words found, scores) is deleted automatically after 7 days in any case.
- The progress on your device stays put. You remove it yourself via Settings → System → Delete progress or by uninstalling the app.
If you play without an account, all we store is an anonymous user identifier and — should you take part in the rankings — the player name you chose; no link to you as a person is created.
